Phillip H. Arther
President
Mr. Arther is founder and President of ABP Inc. with over 35 years of technological and communication background.  This experience and exposure substantiates his involvement in project management, technical services, sales, personnel management, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.  A close working relationship with major manufacturers and providers of technology products and services has continued to expand his background in this diverse and demanding industry.   His business management and active field role are key elements of customer satisfaction.  Working in outside plant, splicing, and inspection with Bell Telephone, and as a partner in starting, developing, and managing a multimillion-dollar equipment and network integration company for 15 years, and owing his own technology company for the past 17 years has allowed him to work and develop the skills necessary to be successful.  This wide range of technology development and business background have provided the opportunity for Mr. Arther to continue to educate himself and those around him in meeting the technological needs of the end user.  With a significant understanding of this industry, and attention to detail, he is well prepared to lead this organization in its continued growth.

Keith Bradshaw
Senior Technician / Project Manager
Mr. Bradshaw has 20 plus years of technological background.  With vast experience in Network Integration, Fiber Optic, and Wireless Communications Mr. Bradshaw provides the depth, and expertise necessary to meet today’s constant changes and the demands of this dynamic market.  With numerous areas of training, supervision of multiple projects, and personnel he brings a substantial amount of technical experience to the end user.  Understanding the “process and the solutions” surrounding a project, provides other employees and the customer effective results.  A proven track record working with customers in troubleshooting, fault analysis, project completion & documentation, substantiates his role of Senior Technician and Coordinator.
  
 

 
Kris Carlton
Senior Fiber Technician / Field Supervisor-Manager
Mr. Carlton has a proven record nationally over the past 10 + years in major projects of fiber optic splicing procedures and testing.  His background in Fiber Optic and Cabling procedures, linked with his experience in inside plant & outside plant procedures, field management, and customer satisfaction supports his role as a working field supervisor and senior fiber technician.  Managing and meeting the requirements of the customer, and project coordination with other employees, as well as the customer is a vital role to achieving timely, quality, and completed projects.
  
 

 
David Fears
Technician
Mr. Fears offers over 20 years in the Telephone and Communications Industry as a craftsman as well as Manager with South Western Bell.  This background coupled with his 9 years of service with ABP allows him to enhance and support the quality and craftsmanship mission of ABP to our customers.   
 
 

 
Bryan Keller
Technician
Mr. Kellar has 8+ years of working background with Network and Fiber Optic Services.  His role and support of our goals are recognized on each project his is associated with.

Technician

Executive Assistant
Mrs. Cozart has a broad and diverse background in office management, executive duties.  With over 9 years of service she is well versed in the communications and fiber optic industry.  Her duties of: contract management, customer relations, invoicing, and payables are a vital asset to the organization and the customer.
